What is the FLM lean fabrication management system?
It is originally from lean fabrication management method which is also able to realize intelligent fabrication. This system is allocated with standard design data package function, can generate fabrication plan automatically, track the quality during fabrication process, and automatically finish the handover reports.
What is the digital storage warehouse?
After standardly sticking labels on pipe or fittings, the feeding-in mechanism will store them into digitally located area, the information of labels and location will be both copied into industrial computer. When industrial computer operation system receives the feeding-out requirement, it will send the location information to feeding-out mechanism, further to take out the required pipe or fittings.
Digital control length measuring function
Instead of manual marking, it chooses digital control system to automatically measure and set the required length.
Cutting & profiling
While cutting, it is able to do beveling at the same time which conforms to AWS. Straight line cutting and T, K, Y interfaces are both available.
Roller-Bed
It is an exclusive design, integrated with supporting, transferring and rotating function.
Copying function
It is a kind of pipe end beveling method, which can keep stable root face, further to get pipes with ovality.
