By helping our clients design and plan the whole fabrication workshop, we can enhance their ability to undertake and operate projects.

Advanced fabrication lean management system integrated with automatic pipe spool fabrication production line realize intelligent production.

The FLM can automatically split drawing, define field joint and workshop joint, calculate total workload based on DI, generate work package and work sheet, generate materials list, distribute and balance each work station workload, trace and feedback production status, and generate reports of welding, testing and all the production processes. It realizes high efficient production and intelligent management.

Man. hour/DI: 0.26 (Manpower: 67 operators, including 24 helpers).

Suitable for CS, SS, ALS, Duplex SS and other materials, covering from 2” to 24” diameter range.

Suitable for raw material length range from 4m to 12m, spool length up to 12m.
