System Highlights:

This project aims to enhance the integrated fabrication and implementation capacity of our clients, especially for the fabrication capacity of thick wall pipe and large diameter pipe, and finally enhance their operation capability on the power project.

For this project we not only provide pipe spool fabrication system, but also provide preheating device and induction system to improve fabrication efficiency and guarantee fabrication quality.

Man. hour/DI: 0.26(Manpower needed: 21 operators, including 10 helpers).

Suitable for CS, SS, and ALS materials, covering from 2” to 48” diameter range.

Suitable for raw material length range from 4m to 12m, spool length up to 12m.
