This week, the 12th Ship and Offshore Engineering Welding Technology Development Forum MTF2021 grandly opened in Nanjing. As a benchmarking enterprise in domestic intelligent welding industry, NAEC was attended on invitation.
At present, domestic shipbuilding companies meet a brand new challenge on technology innovation, urgently require to accelerate the intelligent production line construction steps, prompt the development of high efficiency welding technology. Through cooperating with Cloos, NAEC is dedicated to research and develop Lean Fabrication Intelligent Workshop, further to assist the development of Chinese shipbuilding industry in the future.
Lean fabrication intelligent workshop is mainly consisted of three core parts, which are lean fabrication management system, lean fabrication design system and lean fabrication production system. It is able to promote the combination of automation and informatization, improve the productivity, welding quality and reduce energy consumption.
