Since established, the service principle of NAEC is always ‘standing on customer requirement, but also exceeding customer’s expectation’. Our products are never changeless, based on different project requirements from customers, we will provide corresponding customized proposals and machines, maximumly fit the project characters and optimize the equipment utilization rate, finally help customer to reduce the investment cost.

Recently, one set of customized pipe spool intelligent welding system is successfully handed over, ready for delivery. Under this project, combined with the special requirement on welding monitoring, we specifically allocate NAEC welding pool monitoring system, which can remote monitor the whole welding process, guarantee the welding quality.

This welding pool monitoring system is suitable for TIG welding, MIG/MAG welding, plasma arc welding, laser welding, SMAW welding and cutting etc., which has the characters as followings:

Allocated with digital, 2/3’’ CMOS colorful welding camera, with large view scope and clear images;
Able to generate two pairs of cross cursors at most, convenient for operators to observe the centering condition of welding seam and height change of welding torch etc.;
Dynamic scope exceeds 140dB, even under the severe gas shielded arc welding (CO2, MIG, MAG welding), observation to welding wire, welding pool, beveling and protective gas is available, not to mention the TIG welding, plasma welding and laser welding;
Resolution ratio can reach 1280*1024px, better than the same products on current market, operators can observe the welding details more clearly;
VGA directly connects to displayer, no need to allocate industrial computer. If video function is required, equip with extra hard disk video;
Automatically switch between welding and non-welding modes;
Multi cameras can form a unit, through network or optical fiber, able to realize remote and integrated control at central control room.
