Influence Factors of Process Pipe Welding

The main factors affecting about the fabrication welding of process pipe: material characteristics, diversity of pipe fittings,difference of supplied material, process particularity, assembly deviation and peripheral environment etc.

At present, the automatic welding machine is mainly used to realize the single-sided welding and double-sided shaping of 2D spool assembly of process pipe (such as pipe-pipe butt joint, pipe-flange, pipe-elbow, pipe-sleeve, pipe -reducer, elbow-flange) in this industry, but the welding machine is difficult to realize the 3D spool automatic welding of process pipe (such as flange / tee / elbow / straight pipe / large and small diameter combination welding and saddle hole intersection welding).
