When adopt intelligent storage system inside workshop, here we share two different application scenes, which are:
Scene One: Automatic Dispenser
Automatic Dispenser is an intelligent storage mode, which can save manpower, material and storage space, also can improve logistics efficiency, reduce waste. The warehouse space is in reliable usage, with automatic storage and extraction, simple operation, precise inventory management.
Scene Two: Stereoscopic Rack
In order to make full use of warehouse, increase the storage density, improve the utilization rate of warehouse capacity, further to reduce companies’ operating costs, here propose to adopt stereoscopic warehouse storage rack matched with VNA forklift.
VNA forklift, means Very Narrow Aisle forklift, which can complete the operation of accessing pallets from stereoscopic racks during the narrow aisles, it changes the stacking operation method of traditional forklifts and greatly reduces the width of aisles. This storage method is more suitable for storage-type dispenser, with large goods storage requirement, frequent goods entering and leaving, also has higher requirements on goods sorting.
Trough the centralized sorting and distribution guided by ‘manpower + forklift’ mode, it is not necessary to make pallets frequently enter in/out, which solves the problem of small distribution area, scientifically and effectively solves the collection and distribution problem of materials in small and middle size.
