Container Type Pipe Cutting & Beveling All-in-One Station
The container type pipe cutting & beveling all-in-one station is widely applied to pipe, rod and other shape material cutting and beveling process in petroleum, chemical industry. It adopts milling principle, and can do automatic cutting, beveling at the same time to C.S, S.S or other different material pipes.
Suitable pipe material: C.S, A.S, S.S;
Suitable pipe thickness range: C.S, 4-18mm; S.S 4-16mm;
Pipe end beveling shape: I-shape (cut-off), V-shape (beveling);
Suitable raw pipe length range: 4000mm-12000mm;
Suitable pipe length after cutting: 1000-6000mm (for pipe length < 1000mm, manually collected, for pipe length >= 1000mm, automatic transferring);
Cutting head quantity: 2 sets;
Cutting end perpendicularity: 1mm;
Clamping fixture: 2 sets;
Control mode: Siemens or Omron PLC system;
Operation mode: touch screen man-machine interface;
