Plate milling machine
The plate edge milling machine produced by Nanjing Aote Electric Co., Ltd. is a new generation of high-efficiency milling equipment developed to meet the requirements of double-sided beveling welding process of plate in petroleum, petrochemical, shipbuilding and other industries and improve milling efficiency. The imported milling head is arranged on two milling transmission mechanisms respectively to process the upper and lower sides of the steel plate edge at the same time. The maximum milling speed can reach 1m / min. compared with the traditional edge milling machine on the market, the milling efficiency of the equipment will be increased by more than four times. It is a new generation of traditional edge milling machine, which is the first in China.
At the same time, the equipment can carry out different forms of milling on the plate according to the requirements, such as processing straight edge, X-shaped and Y-shaped groove before plate welding. It has the advantages of improving product quality and work efficiency, reducing energy consumption and labor intensity for welding production.
