Four dimensional cylinder alignment machine
The assembly machine is mainly used for cylinder assembly. Each assembly machine is composed of single cylinder assembly system, extended cylinder rotation system, guide rail, hydraulic system, electrical control system, operating system, etc. When working, the hydraulic system can realize the adjustment of up and down, left and right, front and back, and wrong variables of the cylinder section, which can accurately and steplessly adjust the gap, weld position, and wrong variables of the assembly, reduce the labor intensity of the assembly work to the greatest extent, improve the assembly efficiency of the cylinder circumferential seam, and ensure the assembly quality.
The cylinder section lengthening assembly station comprises a assembly machine, a rotary roller module and a lifting conveying module. The roller assembly installed on the upper part of the assembly machine can be applied to the small length of cylinder section and realize the rotary function. When the two cylinder sections are assembled, the assembly is realized by making one cylinder section move up and down relative to the other cylinder section. The control of assembly platform has the functions of moving left, right, up, down and rotation, which can easily and quickly control the level, clearance, misalignment and other assembly elements.
