Horizontal cylinder girth welding station
Horizontal cylinder girth welding station is composed of welding operator, welding rotary roller mechanism, supporting guide rail, welding system and control system. Welding manipulator is specially used for horizontal cylinder automatic welding equipment, with electric walking function and fillet welding floating automatic tracking control function. Cooperating with the rotary driving mechanism, the automatic rotary welding of the workpiece can be realized, and the automatic welding of the butt circumferential seam and the corner seam can be completed, so as to ensure the good welding effect. The manipulator is composed of near control and remote control dual-mode welding control system, WPS welding program controller, Miller pipeline automatic welding system and electrical control system. The welding rotary roller mechanism is an adjustable roller carrier, and the equipment is mainly composed of adjustable body, rubber coated roller, rotary driving mechanism and walking mechanism (mobile roller carrier). It is mainly used to support and support the cylinder, adjust the level of the cylinder and so on, so as to ensure the smooth welding of the cylinder. The welding rotary roller mechanism is configured with two active rotary roller carriers, one of which is active walking type, and the other with baffle is fixed type.
