Double head pipe end beveling station is self developed and designed by NAEC based on many years' lean-fabrication concept and experience in pipe spool fabrication, also combined with on-site condition. It is consisted of pipe loading in, conveyor, pipe end beveling machine, loading out, hydraulic system etc. Combined with conveyor system, it can finish beveling work of C.S, A.S, S.S process pipe.

Detailed characters are as below:

➤ Bevel two ends at the same time, greatly improve the beveling efficiency;

➤ Short pipes can separately loading in/out to conveyor system at the same time, for pipe length < 6m, two ends can be beveled at the same time, for long pipe, after one end beveling finished, automatically feed to the other end to do beveling.

➤ Simplified procedure and optimized man-machine interface makes easier operation, combined control or separate control are for option both.

➤ The short pipe fabrication efficiency can be improves by one times.
