High Speed Pipe End Beveling Machine

Through centering and turning mechanism, it can complete two pipe ends beveling in all kinds of material such as C.S, S.S, A.S etc. Single V shape, compound V shape, J shape, U shape etc. can be beveled. Through lifting & turning device, the work-piece can be turned to 180 degree within 30secons, then do the other end beveling.

Detailed characters are as below:

➤ Through hydraulic system to realize automatic pipe clamping and centering;

➤ PLC control, allocated with Servo feeding system, through presetting to complete automatic beveling precisely;

➤ For S.S pipe, it only takes 2.5min to bevel end to 37.5 degree;

➤ Adopt blade with large surface to solve all kinds of beveling requirement such as Single V shape, compound V shape, J shape, U shape of heavy thickness pipe;

➤ Equipment specification: 16'', 24'', 32'', 48'', 60''.
