Chuck Type Driving Mechanism
It is self developed by NAEC, combined with pipe supporter and rail skid, which can support pipe and adjust pipe height and center height during straight pipe-flange, short pipe-flange, flange-elbow, short pipe-elbow etc.
It is a kind of fixture and positioner specially designed for pipe welding, mainly consisted of frame, rotating roller, pressing mechanism, positioner, electric system etc. exclusive for pipe, fittings, flange welding joint. It can realize 360° pipe rotating and ±45° angle changing, which can overcome a certain eccentric force and guarantee continuous stable rotating, meanwhile, it is convenient for changing corner seam of flange to ship shape welding seam, mainly applied in butt seam or corner seam welding process of straight pipe-fittings, and meet the welding requirement of seamless steel pipe and pipe with seam.
Work-piece rotating control system is with suspending, speeding +/- function, the rotating speed is VF adjustable, except for manual operation button on operation box, foot pedal can realize together moving control.
