Automatic Girth Seam Welding Machine is a new generation of high-efficiency vertical cylindrical cross-section single-sided submerged arc automatic welding machine that absorbs new welding technology and independently developed and produced by Nanjing Auto Electric Co.,Ltd. It has excellent characteristics such as high work efficiency, stable work performance, good welding quality and good working conditions.The complete set of equipment is mainly composed of welding walking frame, submerged arc automatic welding system, power distribution cabinet, flux holding mechanism and flux recycling system.The machine relies on the rack to be hung on the wall (construction construction) or circular track (flip-on construction) to complete the circumferential seam welding. According to the project requirements, the maximum frame size can be up to 4.8m (customized).
