Intelligent logistic & warehousing means adopting the advanced technologies and equipment such as software, internet, automatic sorting, light guide sorting, RFID, sound control etc., to effectively plan, execute and control the products in/out, storage, sorting, packing, distribution and relative information, which mainly includes automatic dispenser, automatic transferring system (AGVS included), automatic identification system, automatic sorting system and other assistant system for robotic operation etc.

 

 

 

 

Main Technology

The automatic dispenser is mainly composed of shelves, aisle stacking cranes, warehouse in/out work platform, dispatching control system and management system. Combined with different types of warehouse management software, graphics monitoring and scheduling software, barcode identification and tracking system, handling robot, AGV, product sorting system, stacker address recognition system, stacker control system, location detectors, etc., it can realize several running modes such as single machine manual, single machine automatic, inter-machine control, online control etc., further to realize the vertical storage, automatic pickup and standardized management of products, greatly reduce the storage and transportation costs, retrench the labor intensity, and improve the warehouse space utilization rate.

 

 

 

Automatic Dispenser

 

AGV: It is an unmanned automatic vehicle, equipped with automatic guidance device such as magnetic strips, rails or lasers, drives along the appointed path and powered by batteries, also equipped with safety protection and various auxiliary mechanisms (such as movable carrying and assembly mechanism). Normally, the AGV system consists of multiple AGVs and control computers (control center), navigation equipment, charging equipment and surrounding auxiliary equipment, its main working principle is that under the monitoring and task scheduling of the control computer, the AGV can accurately walk according to the requested path, and after arriving at the designated location of the task, complete a series of tasks, the control computer can decide whether to go to the charging area for automatic charging according to the AGV's own power.

The automatic sorting system is mainly composed of identification device, control device, sorting device and conveying device, which requires the supports from automatic access system (AS/RS). The automatic sorting system can accurately find out the location of the required goods from the huge storage system within a short period, and be able to feed out of the warehouse according to the required quantity, variety and specification.

By detecting the suction cup and the gas pressure in the balance cylinder, stacking robot can automatically identify whether there is a load on the mechanical arm, and automatically adjust the air pressure in the balance cylinder through the pneumatic logic control circuit to achieve the purpose of automatic balance. When working, heavy objects are suspended in the air, which can avoid collisions during connecting. Within the working range of mechanical arm, the operator can easily move it to any position in front/rear/left/right/up/down, which is very convenient for personnel operation. At the same time, the pneumatic circuit also has interlocking protection functions such as preventing from product dropping caused by wrong operation and loss of pressure protection etc. The stacking robots can neatly and automatically stack (or unpack) packaged goods in different dimensions on pallets (or production lines, etc.).

The automated logistics warehousing system realizes the automatic conveying function of the storage unit through the conveying system, which enables the storage unit feeding in straight line/bend line/lifting etc., includes the pallet conveying system, turnover box conveying system, rail guided vehicle (RGV) system etc.

RGV: It is a kind of intelligent robot, and the pickup, delivery and load off work of pallets or turnover boxes can be completed through programming, also able to communicate with upper machine or WMS system, combined with the identification technologies such as RFID, barcode etc., it can realize automatic identification, access and other functions.

Advantage

Compared with traditional logistics warehousing facilities, the advantages of intelligent logistics warehousing system are mainly reflected in saving labor and rental costs, improving management efficiency. It is estimated that automatic storage can save at least 70% of the occupied land and 80% of labor under the condition of ensuring the same storage capacity. Taking a warehouse in the tire industry as an example, there are about 800 ordinary warehouse managers, but only 200 are needed after being updated into an automatic dispenser. Based on the $7,000/person, the investment cost can be recovered in 3 years only by saving labor costs.

 

 

 

In addition, the automatic warehousing system can maximize the accuracy of warehousing management, as well as the processing speed of identification, sorting, goods in/out, which reduces the inventory turnover rate, and adapts to the needs of modern fast logistics such as e-commerce and fresh food distribution.
