FAT: the ‘single welding head, double driving mechanism’ welding system is innovatively developed by NAEC, by adopting this welding system, the welding head idling time, due to material loading/unloading or other preparation work is greatly shortened, which means welding head non-welding time is shortened. Welding head arc-on time during certain period is improved, its output productivity is increased.
Delivery: the head and tail stock positioner for cold compressor robotic welding project. Based on customer’s special requirements and advanced manufacturing technology, this creatively researched head and tail stock positioner is able to improve the welding efficiency and reduce the labor intensity.
Tank construction solution application: the hydraulic jacking system is under service for the 65m diameter tank project, with the assistance of this jacking system, the construction cycle and difficulties will be greatly reduced. Since most of the works can be done on the ground, the worker safety factor is high. HSE has less stress. Workers on site communication and dispatch is easy.
