The automatic pipeline prefabrication line integrates advanced software management system to achieve intelligent production, including automatic segmentation of pipe section drawings, automatic generation of work packages, raw material planning and tracking of workload balance and automatic division of labor to each workstation, production progress tracking, welding inspection, automatic generation of reports and other production processes. Achieve efficient production intelligent management.
Manual time 0.2 per inch diameter (manpower requirement for the whole production line: 30 operators) suitable for carbon steel, stainless steel and low alloy steel, white copper and duplex stainless steel and other materials including 2"-24" pipe diameter range.
Suitable for raw material pipe length between 4m-12m pipe length up to 12m.
