In offshore prefabrication projects, there are complex and diverse workpieces that need to be prefabricated, such as jacket prefabrication, H-shaped steel prefabrication, pipe pile/pipe rack prefabrication and pipe prefabrication. For different workpiece prefabrication work, NAEC has different overall solutions. 自2006年起，NAEC开始发展海工管桩/管架的制造装备和技术，坚信通过将大部分的预制工作移到工厂内完成，使用逻辑的预制流程和高效的物流系统，将大大提高生产效率，从而进一步提高客户的盈利。 海工管桩/管架工件是由从一片大约3米长的钢板卷圆而成。在NAEC的设计中，我们建议由单一的3M长管段组对接长到12米的筒体。再将12米的筒体继续延伸到需要的长度。NAEC的设备开发设计集成了双丝焊接和多丝焊接这些先进高效的预制技术，以适应不同的焊接接缝需求。这样的整体规划和设计已经在中石油的海工制造基地成功实施。 NAEC的海工管桩/管架的预制解决方案包含板材切割，铣边，抛丸和喷漆，卷板，纵直缝焊接，管段组对，预处理，环缝焊接，筒体组对和接长，无损检测解决方案。NAEC的海工管桩/管架的解决方案能力适用管径范围为500-5000mm。Horizontal Cylinder Prefabrication Solution0.00In offshore prefabrication projects, there are complex and diverse workpieces that need to be prefabricated, such as jacket prefabrication, H-shaped steel prefabrication, pipe pile/pipe rack prefabrication and pipe prefabrication.
