Iran Project

The project is the first automatic and information pipeline prefabrication plant in Iran, which is located in South Pars, a special economic development zone, and mainly serves local natural gas projects. South Pass is also one of the largest natural gas reserves in the world.
The automatic pipeline prefabrication line integrates software management system to realize intelligent production. The intelligent production covers automatic pipe section drawing segmentation, work package generation, material planning and tracking each station workload balance and automatic allocation, production progress tracking report generation and other functions. Achieve efficient production intelligent management.
The design covers everything from raw material planning to raw material shot blasting, pipe and fitting prefabrication, pipe lifting, pipe non-destructive testing (UT,RT), welding material calculation and provision, etc.
Man-hour/inch diameter :0.185(manpower requirement :104 operating staff, including 39 auxiliary workers). There are 3 workshops in the plant: 2-24 "carbon steel workshop; 12-48 "carbon steel workshop; 2-24 Stainless steel workshop.
Adaptor diameter :2-48"; Suitable pipe: carbon steel stainless steel, alloy steel, etc. Suitable for raw material pipe length between 4m-12m pipe length up to 12m.
