The pipe CNC high-speed end face grooving machine can process the end faces of various materials (carbon steel, alloy steel, stainless steel, etc.) of pipe materials through the center rotating device. The grooves can be processed into single V-groove, double V-groove, J-groove, and U-groove, etc. Through the center rotating device, it takes only 30 seconds to rotate the workpiece 180 degrees for processing the other end face.
It has the following features:
➤ The pipe is automatically clamped and centered by the hydraulic system;
➤ PLC numerical control, equipped with servo feed system, can precisely complete the automatic grooving processing of the groove by setting the program in advance;
➤ For stainless steel pipe, a 37.5-degree standard groove can be opened in just 2.5 minutes;
➤ The large-sized forming blade is used to successfully solve the V-groove, double V-groove, U-groove, and J-groove processing of thick-walled pipes of various forms;
➤ Equipment specifications: 16 inches, 24 inches, 32 inches, 48 inches, 60 inches.
