The intersecting line multi-axis CNC cutting machine is a special equipment independently developed by Nanjing Aote Electric Co., LTD., which has accumulated many years of rich design experience of pipeline prefabrication production line combined with the actual field use of customers. It can meet the cutting and bevel of various materials and processes. The intersecting line multi-axis CNC cutting machine can complete the fixed length cutting of the pipeline, open various angles of V-groove, open a variety of shapes on the pipe, and cut a variety of forms of saddle mouth. The core of this equipment is the CNC cutting control software system. According to the pipe numerical control cutting process and international welding standards, the NC programming code of the pipe cutting is loaded into the CNC cutting machine control language to drive the servo movement, accurately control the trajectory of the flame cutting torch, and complete the complex shape cutting process.

This set of equipment is mainly composed of roller tray trolley, CNC flame cutting system, plasma cutting system, hydraulic station, electric control system, container and so on. The cutting/beveling center can be used to automatically cut or bevel the pipe using flame cutting or plasma cutting according to the corresponding numerical control program set in advance (or manually if necessary).
