It can complete automatic welding of argon arc bottom and submerged arc filling cover of butt welds such as straight pipe + straight pipe, straight pipe + flange, straight pipe + elbow.
The pressure arm type automatic pipe welding machine can effectively control the eccentric force of rotating eccentric pipe fittings to ensure the stability of welding process. The workpiece rotation has the functions of suspension, positive and negative rotation, frequency conversion and speed regulation. The welding torch adjusting mechanism can realize the adjustment of the welding torch up and down, left and right and Angle.
This set of automatic welding equipment adopts imported American Miller welding power supply and related special supporting equipment, which can realize the function of argon arc and submerged arc welding to meet the use requirements of various wall thickness pipes on the work site.
