The system adopts the principle of medium frequency induction heating, which is specially used for preheating, insulation and post-heating of weld during automatic pipeline welding. It is an ideal heating equipment for automatic welding of process pipelines. The system is mainly composed of medium frequency induction heating power supply, heating extension cable, induction heating belt, temperature extension cable, needle sheathed thermocouple and infrared thermometer.

For preheating before group pairing, because the pipe fittings are static relative to the operating equipment when group pairing, the induction heating belt connected by induction cable is used to heat the pipe mouth of the waiting group.
