Pipeline medium frequency induction heating system is a special efficient heating equipment specially developed for pipeline automatic welding prefabrication by Nanjing NAEC Automation Co., LTD. The system adopts the principle of medium frequency induction heating, which is specially used for preheating, insulation and post-heating of weld during automatic pipeline welding. It is a special high-efficiency equipment to improve the preheating efficiency of pipeline welding and ensure the welding quality. It is an ideal heating equipment for automatic welding of process pipelines. The system is mainly composed of medium frequency induction heating power supply, heating extension cable, induction heating belt, temperature extension cable, needle sheathed thermocouple and infrared thermometer.
For preheating before group pairing, because the pipe fittings are static relative to the operating equipment when group pairing, the induction heating belt connected by induction cable is used to heat the pipe mouth of the waiting group. At this time, the induction heating cable is connected with the extension cable through the special protective type navigation plug, and the power supply is formed a loop to heat the workpiece. Induction heating cables transfer energy to the heated workpiece through inductive coupling, and maximize the efficiency of high-frequency current transfer for heating operations. Through the navigation connector, the sensor is quickly connected to the power supply, which facilitates the movement of the induction heater, improves the utilization rate of the equipment, and reduces the waste of manpower and time. In this system, according to the relatively many specifications of the pipeline, the heating cable winding method is used to preheat the pipe in different specifications, so as to realize the purpose of a set of heating cables to meet the preheating of different specifications of the pipeline, so as to reduce the input under the condition of meeting the function.
