Variable Radius Induction Preheating Device
For pre-welding heating, because the pipe rotates around the axis under the condition of automatic welding operation, the traditional winding heating can not meet the requirements, so the variable radius induction preheater is used to heat the pipe with different diameters. The induction heater is not in direct contact with the pipeline, thus ensuring that the weld is welded while the pipeline is heated. It avoids the problem that when the traditional heating cable is wrapped around the weld, the cable needs to be pulled out for welding, the heating temperature cannot be maintained continuously, and the temperature between the welding layers is difficult to control, effectively avoiding the quality problems caused by this.
The variable radius sensor is available in two sizes, which can adapt to different pipe diameters of 2-12 inches and 12-32 inches respectively. Each type of sensor is made of insulating material and has a certain strength to support the induction heating cable tray in the sensor and control the bending change of the radius. The induction heating cable is connected with the extension cable through the special protective type navigation plug, and forms a circuit with the power supply to heat the workpiece. With variable radius induction heater structure design, the heating cable is installed on the variable radius heater, which greatly reduces the number of heating cables used and the use cost is low. At the same time, the variable radius induction heater structure design saves the heating cable directly on the pipe winding and disassembly need to spend a lot of labor and time.
When the power of the main engine is satisfied, under some specific working conditions (such as group preheating, two welds preheating at the same time, etc.), it can also be realized in one drag two ways, and heat both sides of the welding joint or two welding joints at the same time.
The system can realize the digital record of the whole process of heating curve, and adopts the industrial touch screen to display 6 real-time temperature curves and record and save them. Save the working status of the device in real time, and the USB interface reads the saved data.
This station is suitable for preheating pipelines in power station, petroleum, chemical industry, shipbuilding and other industries, and is an efficient auxiliary equipment for pipeline processing.
