The group pair roller frame is mainly used for the group pair work of the barrel body. Each set of group pair roller frame is composed of a single section barrel group pair system, a rotating system of the extended barrel body, a guide rail, a hydraulic system, an electrical control system, and an operating system. When working, the hydraulic system can realize the adjustment of the upper and lower, left and right, front and back, and wrong variables of the cylinder, which can accurately adjust the gap, welding position and wrong variables of the pair, which can reduce the labor intensity of the pair work to the greatest extent, improve the efficiency of the pair of the cylinder ring joint, and ensure the quality of the pair. The long group alignment station consists of one group alignment machine and two group alignment roller frames. The roller assembly mounted on the assembly machine can be applied to the smaller length of the barrel and can realize the rotation function. When the two barrel segments are assembled, the assembly can be realized by making one barrel segment move up and down and left and right relative to the other barrel segment. The control of the group pair platform has the functions of left shift, right shift, rise and fall rotation, etc., which can easily and quickly control the elements of the group pair to be achieved such as levelness, gap, wrong side amount.
