The welding roller frame produced by Nanjing NAEC Automation Co., Ltd. is widely used in boiler, pressure vessel, petroleum, chemical, machinery and other manufacturing industries, drum drum and other cylindrical components of the inner and outer longitudinal seam and inner and outer ring seam automatic welding or polishing. It has advanced structure, complete functions and easy operation, and plays a reliable guarantee role in improving product quality. The welding roller frame is mainly composed of active roller frame, passive roller frame and electric control system. The active roller frame is driven by two AC frequency conversion motors respectively, and the output end of the reducer is driven by an open transition gear pair, so as to achieve the drive of the roller. In the form of an open transition gear pair, the reducer is installed behind the roller, which can reduce the distance between the surface of the roller and the outer edge of the bearing seat, which can effectively avoid the rotation of the workpiece nozzle branch pipe. The passive roller frame adopts double jacking device, which can easily adjust the position of the cylinder. The jacking adopts worm wheel elevator, which is easy to operate, safe and reliable. The terminal of each motion mechanism is provided with reliable limit and limit protection devices to prevent the damage of the motion mechanism. The welding roller frame can be divided into adjustable roller frame and self-adjusting roller frame.
