The circular seam welding station of horizontal cylinder is composed of welding manipulator, welding rotary roller mechanism, auxiliary guide rail, welding system and control system. The welding manipulator is specially used for automatic welding of horizontal cylinder, which has the function of electric walking and automatic tracking control of fillet welding float. With the rotary drive mechanism, the automatic rotary welding of the workpiece can be realized, and the automatic welding of the butt ring joint and the corner joint can be completed to ensure the good welding effect. The manipulator is composed of near control and remote control dual mode welding control system, WPS welding program controller, American Miller pipeline automatic welding system and electrical control system. The welding rotary roller mechanism is an adjustable roller frame, and the equipment is mainly composed of a fuselage, a rubber coated roller, a rotary drive mechanism, and a walking mechanism (mobile roller frame). It is mainly used to support and hold the cylinder, adjust the level of the cylinder, etc., to ensure that the cylinder is smoothly welded. The welding rotary roller mechanism is configured with two active rotary roller frames, of which one roller frame is active walking type and one roller frame with baffle is fixed type.
