The horizontal cylinder external girth cleaning and grinding machine adopts the principle of high-efficiency grinding, which is used for cleaning and grinding the external girth of horizontal cylinder and grinding the excess height of external girth. The two functions of cleaning and excess height grinding are realized through the replacement of different grinding heads. This station is mainly used for root cleaning and grinding of outer girth weld. The equipment is light and convenient, with supporting walking mechanism and guide rail, which can meet the requirements of different welding stations.
