Suitable for "bottom to top" and "top to bottom" two storage tank construction methods
Single-pass welding (external) and double-sided molding is performed using the electrical protection welding process, as well as multi-pass welding using GMAW (FCAW). (GTAW welding process optional)
LNG EGW and light EGW are available.
Using electrical protection welding process, with voltage sensing, can be welded with excellent quality and high accumulation rate. A single operator can weld 2.4 meters of vertical seam in 1 hour.
Suitable for tanks with diameters of 9 m or larger, with shell plate widths ranging from 1.6 m to 2.8 m /3 m /3.2 m (other optional)
Movable water-cooled copper sliders and copper supports for forced-seam forming greatly improve welding quality and efficiency and reduce operator workload. There are two models with V-shaped and X-shaped notches.
