Double head high efficiency bevel machining center is a special equipment independently developed and designed by Nanjing NAEC Automation Co., LTD., which has accumulated many years of production experience in pipeline prefabrication production line combined with the actual field use situation of customers. Composed of feeding, logistics, high-speed CNC beveling machine, feeding, hydraulic control system, etc., CNC high-speed beveling machine and conveying module together, can complete the beveling of carbon steel, alloy steel, stainless steel and other process pipes.
It has the following characteristics:
➤ Innovative research and development of both ends of the pipe bevel processing technology, greatly improve the cutting efficiency of short pipe bevel;
➤ To achieve short pipe fittings at both ends of the roller table separately on and off, less than six meters pipe fittings two-way processing. When processing long pipe fittings, one end of the bevel can be automatically transferred to the other end for the other side of the bevel;
➤ Simplify the program, optimize the operation of the human-machine interface, so that programming and operation more simple, can be jointly controlled and independent control;
➤ Double the efficiency of short pipe processing through the new groove machining center.
