Product Description
The frame repair welding line is composed of 8 automatic positioner (with manual positioner function), 8 automatic heavy duty moving cars, 8 sets of fixture mechanism (workpiece quick clamping), manual welding platform, track, dust recovery system, control system and safety protection facilities, which are used for the welding production and manufacturing of the rear frame of the loader. The positioner carrying the workpiece of the rear frame runs on the track. It can achieve forced rhythm pipelining operation and balance production for each unit.
