Product Description
This project is an intelligent welding production line for the cargo car of large mining vehicles, which is mainly composed of five sub-lines, including bottom plate welding production line, side plate welding production line, front plate welding production line, tail door welding production line and closed car welding production line. The manual groups such as bottom plate and side plate interact with the robot automatic welding station through intelligent RGV sub-car and mother car (twin car form), and the components such as bottom plate, side plate, front plate and tail door are prefabricated and sent to the material distribution area. After that, they are unified distributed to the closing station for general assembly, and then sent to the subsequent robot automatic welding station by RGV shuttle car. The production line fully embodies the modernization and intelligence of the cargo car in the production, which is very typical and representative of the industry.
