Product Description
Paver bottom frame welding robot workstation is developed by our company in combination with the actual field use of customers. Welding workstation is composed of welding robot, three-axis truss, fixture and workpiece clamping platform, single-axis double-drive positioner system for head and tail frame, welding power supply, welding gun and cleaning gun cutting, wire feeding system, weld position finding and tracking system, etc. Compared with seated robots, gantry robots are more flexible, with higher weld accessibility and weld coverage. The station is equipped with an external axis, gantry track X axis + robot moving track Y axis + robot lifting Z axis. The welding drum and dust recovery system are placed on the external platform, and the external platform is equipped with a ladder to facilitate personnel to quickly overhaul and maintain the robot and dust recovery cover.
