Product Description
This project is composed of welding station and head-tail structure, two frames can realize synchronous, independent lifting, flipping and other functions, flipping, lifting and lifting are all driven by servo motor. Automatic fixture is used to hold the workpiece. The head frame can be displaceable with a displacement stroke of 4m. The head frame is clamped through the positioning hole at the end of the fixed workpiece and adopts the form of centering pin. At the same time, the bottom automatic adjustment mechanism is configured to ensure the horizontal balance of the workpiece. The tail frame is fixed, the tooling is clamped by electric press block, and the automatic centering platform (motor drive) is configured to realize the automatic makeup clip of workpiece feeding.
