The positioner is driven by the external shaft servo motor, which can be freely programmed, and can coordinate with the robot and jointly perform trajectory interpolation. The two stations are switched through the rotary platform, and the manipulator is welded at station A. Forklift frame head-to-tail welding positioner is mainly used for manual welding and artificial repair welding after robot welding. The positioner is composed of head-to-tail structure, ground rail, fixture, etc. The two frames can realize synchronous, independent lifting, flipping and other functions. All flipping and lifting are driven by servo motor.
