Product Description
This workstation uses intelligent welding robot and imported new digital inverter control welding power supply. The robot is hung upside down on the truss gantry, with the walking function of XYZ three axes, to ensure that the welding accessibility of the turntable and the frame reaches more than 75%; The positioner system adopts the form of single axis and double drive of the head and tail frame, and as the external axis control of the robot, it is linked with the robot in the welding process, and the robot controls the servo motor of the head and tail of the positioner to ensure the synchronization of the double drive. In order to avoid the workpiece turning and hitting the ground, the workpiece pit in the middle of the head and tail frame of the displacement machine is equipped with a hydraulic lifting platform. When the platform is manually operated, it is raised flush with the ground to ensure the safety of personnel operation.
