Hydraulic cylinder welding workstation adopts head and tail frame type chuck positioner, and is equipped with electric lifting support bracket, dust recovery system, preheating system, which can realize automatic positioning and clamping of small batch and multi-specification products. The welding robot system is equipped with professional arc welding software package, arc tracking soft/hard package, multi-layer welding software, freely programmable swing graphics, welding parameter interpolation and other functions to ensure the welding quality and efficiency of the ultra-thick hydraulic cylinder. All components of the system, including the position-changer, the operation system and the communication between each part are fully digital control technology. The program can be automatically invoked for different workpiece input specifications.
