Product Description
It is specially used for automatic welding of flanges and bushings and other products with high efficiency equipment. The equipment adopts advanced PLC welding process control technology, combined with real-time automatic tracking system and PLC numerical control welding gun swing system design, which can carry out "four-point joint welding" on both ends of straight pipe flanges or bushings. It can also realize automatic welding requirements in various combination forms such as "single end point", "single end two points", "two ends two points" according to different rAequirements, and can be upgraded to automatic group welding integrated station according to needs. The special central tool independently designed and developed by Autor is used to drive and rotate single-ended or double-ended flanges and single-ended or double-ended casing, which changes the way of driving and rotating by relying on pipes in the past, and effectively avoids the problems of shifting and beating caused by the problems of pipe ellipticity or weld on the outer surface of the pipe.
