The highly efficient "single head double drive" welding center produced by Nanjing NAEC Automation Co., Ltd. is a dedicated welding center with independent intellectual property rights, which is planned based on the idea of lean production for many years, and independently developed and designed with the help of accumulated years of production experience of pipeline prefabrication line combined with the actual field use of customers.
The center is composed of cantilever welding machine, chuck type pipeline driving machine, pressure arm type pipeline driving machine, pipe lifting support, guide rail, welding system and electrical control system. The double driving mode of chucking type pipeline driving machine + lifting support and pressure arm type pipeline driving machine + lifting support can effectively avoid the axial movement of the pipe in the welding process and ensure good welding effect.
The equipment control system adopts WPS welding program control system, which can pre-store welding program to avoid welding quality defects caused by operators' arbitrary adjustment of parameters. The welding power supply of the equipment adopts the multifunctional welding power supply imported from the United States Miller, which can complete the welding work of argon arc /RMD(gas shielded welding) base and gas shielded welding/submerged arc welding filling cover.
The automatic welding center adopts the structure form of single welding head + double driving device. When welding the first pipe, the loading and unloading or polishing of the other pipe can be carried out at the same time, thus reducing the idle time of the welding head and maximizing the utilization of the welding head. The specific advantages of the combination mode of "single welding head double drive" are:
1) A single welding head is equivalent to two sets of drives, so generally, the welding head can alternate between two drives, welding and loading and unloading can be carried out simultaneously on two sets of drives, respectively, to improve the arc time of the welding head.
2) When stainless steel is used, the two sets of drives work alternately, which can also reduce the waste of welding head due to waiting for argon filling and interlayer cooling time, and improve the arc time of welding head.
3) When alloy steel is used, it can also reduce the waste of time due to factors such as waiting for preheating setting and temperature rise of the welding head, and further improve the arc time of the welding head.
The station has the advantages of high welding efficiency, high welding quality, convenient operation and effective reduction of labor intensity.
The equipment requires one operator to operate, can realize the automatic bottling of the pipe, automatic filling of the cover welding. The machine can reach a welding head production capacity of 300DI/ shift.
