Weld Residual Grinding Machine is an automatic grinding and horizontal welding equipment with independent intellectual property rights developed and produced by Nanjing Auto Automation Co., Ltd. based on years of experience in on-site tank construction and combined with storage tank construction requirements and characteristics. The machine relies on the rack to be hung on the wall (positive) or circular track (flip) to complete the weld grinding, mainly used in the construction of the horizontal ring weld of the large tank of the range of 1600mm-4500mm. The complete set of equipment is mainly composed of three parts: the walking frame, the grinding head and the control box. During the construction, the edge of the wall plate is used as the track or the lower mounting rail is used as the track. The speed of the frame is adjusted to the speed required for the construction by the speed adjustment controller, and the walking speed of the frame is the speed of the grinding weld.
The polishing head is mainly composed of a support, a grinding wheel, a driving wheel, a tensioning mechanism, a motor, etc., and is used for grinding the welding seam of the flat plate splicing type, and can also polish the inner wall transverse welding seam of the large diameter cylinder body. The grinding angle can be adjusted by connecting the connecting plate of the head support and the slide. Drilling holes in the connecting plate, through the combination of different holes, the sanding belt of the grinding head and the weld seam can form four angles of 0°, 15°, 30° and 45°. At the same time, components that can be adjusted to special inclinations can be customized according to customer requirements.
