Automatic CNC gas electric vertical welding machine is an automatic welding equipment independently developed and produced by Nanjing NAEC Automation Co., Ltd. according to the characteristics of forward/reverse construction of storage tank, combined with the technology of American self-protection vertical welding and Japanese trolley gas electric vertical welding equipment. It can be used in either formal or inverted construction. In the automatic welding process, the servo system is used to control the upward lifting speed by the closed-loop control welding trolley, so as to achieve the stability of the welding pool and complete the automatic welding project of the longitudinal welds of large storage tanks or blast furnaces and towers. Its main feature is that the water-cooled copper slider is forced to form a single pass welding longitudinal joint, which greatly improves the welding quality and welding efficiency, and reduces the labor intensity of welders.
The whole set of equipment is composed of welding system and bench, welding windproof frame (with lateral walking control system), welding lifting operation platform trolley, welding automatic control system, swing control system, cooling water circulation system, etc. The walking device adopts modular design. By adjusting its installation position, it can conveniently realize the dual-purpose function of inverted installation. The welding swing control system is configured as a linear swing.
The patented "CNC adaptive gas vertical welding car technology (patent No. : ZL200920231033.1)" PLC full closed-loop program control technology overcomes the problem of low reliability and easy damage of the traditional analog circuit control mode, and ensures that the equipment can work continuously and stably under complex and harsh construction environment. The vertical seam welding effect can also eliminate the process that the arc section needs to be repaired as in the formal can construction, and further improve the degree of automation of welding. Equipped with a large capacity cooling water tank, can ensure the need for continuous construction in a high temperature environment.
