The multi-function positioner is an automatic positioner independently developed by Nanjing NAEC Automation Co., LTD. The device can be used in combination with pipe lifting support and track to realize straight pipe + flange, short pipe + flange, flange + elbow, short pipe + elbow, etc. for supporting and holding pipes, adjusting pipe level and center height.
Multifunctional positioner is a kind of tool and positioner specially designed for pipe welding production, which is mainly composed of frame, rotary roller, pipe pressing mechanism, positioner, electric control system and so on. It is mainly used in special welding tooling for pipe, pipe fittings and flange joints. It can realize 360° rotating action of the pipe and ±45° displacement of the pipe, which can overcome a certain eccentric moment of rotation to ensure continuous and stable rotating of the pipe, and at the same time, it is convenient to convert the fillet weld of the flange into a ship-shaped weld for welding. It is mainly used to change the welding process of the butt weld or fillet weld of the straight pipe section + pipe fitting, which is convenient for manual or automatic welding and can meet the production requirements of seamless steel pipe and slotted steel pipe.
The pipe support can be adjusted, and the applicable pipe diameter can be adjusted. It has the advantages of practical, reliable, good neutrality, stable working rotation, wide range of applicable workpieces, simple operation, etc. It is one of the ideal auxiliary equipment in the process of pipe welding. The equipment is composed of a walking trolley, a lifting mechanism and a movable roller, which is mainly used to support the pipe, adjust the level of the pipe and adjust the center height of the pipe. The lower part of the trolley is installed with four walking wheels, which can make the whole equipment walk back and forth on the pre-laid track, and determine the position according to the length of the pipe during the working process. The equipment has the positioning locking function, and the safe and reliable locking system can avoid the micro-channeling affecting the forming quality of the weld.
The workpiece rotation control system has the basic functions of pause, acceleration and deceleration control, the workpiece rotation speed can be adjusted by frequency conversion, in addition to the manual operation button in the operation box, the other is equipped with a foot switch to realize linkage control for easy operation.
