Automatic outer seam cleaning and grinding station
● It is used with welding machine to reduce the filling amount of inner seam welding and realize efficient automatic welding of outer seam.
● It is mainly used for grinding and polishing of outer ring weld root cleaning and residual height. The equipment is light and easy to move on site. It has high weld grinding efficiency, and does not hurt the cylinder
● Low labor intensity, grinding weld surface quality is good
● Equipped with dust removal system and head tracking system
● Maximum root depth: 120mm
● Applicable barrel diameter range: φ2000-8000mm, wall thickness of 10mm-90mm
