· Wide Pipe Range: Handles Φ50mm–Φ630mm, expandable to Φ830mm, accommodating diverse pipeline prefabrication needs.
· Beautiful, Defect-Free Welds: Automatic welding produces smooth, clean internal welds meeting food and pharmaceutical industry standards, easily passing 100% X-ray NDT inspection.
Even under challenging site conditions, with assembly misalignment up to 2.5mm and gap error 2mm, the NAEC automatic welding system can reliably produce high-quality welds. For outdoor wind challenges, a fine-wire submerged arc technique ensures efficient welding of thin-walled pipes as thin as 8mm.
