Project introduction:
l It can complete 2’’-72’’ pipe/tubular, full logistics production of offshore module pipe spool, LNG treatment unit, oil and gas device pipe rack, etc.;
l Cover from the pipe spool automatic length measuring cutting, beveling, mechanical fitting-up, automatic welding, preheating before welding, heat treatment post welding, stainless steel backside protection device;
l Fabrication line specification: 2"~6", 6"~24", 26"~72’’; 5pcs carbon steel and stainless steel fabrication lines.
l Manhour/DI is 0.5, which is the highest efficiency record among domestic peers (manpower demand: 214 operators, including helpers and managers).
