Recently, NAEC new developed 5 Axis flame & plasma cutting and profiling station was handed over successfully. We always upgrading our design based on different requirements from different industry. This intelligent cutting & profiling system including automatic feeding system, coding system, plasma intersecting line cutting machine, feeding sorting system, etc., this project is turn-key project. mainly used for the cutting processing of main chord , belly rod and other pipe.
The process flow is as follows:
automatic feeding out by shot blasting machine → automatic feeding in by 5 Axis flame & plasma cutting and profiling machine → cutting and profiling → automatic coding → automatic feeding out → lifting to the material frame → AGV conveying the material frame to the next process.
