Below we'd like to show some photos of one of our projects:
The above allocated PDJPS adopts modular design which consists of multiple pipeline beveling station, pipeline fitting-up station, joining station, and pipeline welding station. It integrates with roller-bed type conveying system to reduce the dependence of on-site crane equipments and make sure a streamline production.
Compared with traditional pipeline construction method, nearly 2/3 welding joints can be fabricated by our PDJPS in advanced and then other 1/3 welding joints will be done onsite by all-position welding method, greatly improve fabrication efficiency.
