As the part of the customized intelligent pipe spool fabrication solution, the pipe spool cutting and beveling all-in-one system is specially developed by NAEC for the small diameter pipes whose thicknesses are smaller than 25mm which can support for various fabrication demands that has been widely used and recognized worldwide.

It adopts milling principle, and can do cutting and beveling at the same time to pipe in different materials. The whole fabrication line can realize fully-logistics operation.

●It greatly improves the working efficiency and reduces the labor intensity, with high automation, just needs one operator, the processes including automatic feeding, automatic cutting & beveling and automatic loading off will be completed.

●Petty cutting surface, simple operation, the automatic pipe length measuring and other relative actions can be controlled by PLC, which is more suitable for the batch fabrication inside professional pipe spool fabrication workshop.

●One-piece casting, nature aging treatment, cannot deform in long-term application, with longer lifecycle;

●Adopt non-separated angle contacting bearing, in more stable rotating and less noise;

●Allocate with servo blade feeding-in mechanism, the feeding speed is constant and can be freely adjusted according to different condition, which is safer and more reliable than the traditional block-touch type feeding method in the marketing;
