Automatic butt/corner seam SAW welding machine
The fillet / flat seam automatic welding machine is a new generation of high-efficiency automatic submerged arc welding machine for bottom plate and large fillet weld of vertical cylindrical tank independently developed and produced by Nanjing NAEC Electric Co., Ltd. with new welding technology and process, it can realize automatic welding of butt flat seam, lap fillet weld, T-type fillet weld and other different forms of weld. It has the advantages of high efficiency, stable performance, good welding quality and good working conditions.
The whole set of equipment is mainly composed of four-wheel drive welding, welding control box, welding power supply, wire feeder, walking control system, flux system, weld guiding mechanism, welding gun guiding mechanism, welding gun adjusting mechanism, control cable, etc. Depending on the strong magnetic adsorption device, it can effectively ensure the car running on the right angle seam, inner and outer ring corner seam. The system has good self direction and stable operation, which can ensure that the welding torch is always aligned with the weld.
